DUBUSARI, MOLDOVA (SPRING BREAK) • MARCH 6-14, 2010
This Sweet Sleep team is headed to the Transnistria Region of Moldova will provide beds to children with varying developmental and learning delays.
Transnistria is a region that is officially part of Moldova but has strong ties with Russia and is not recognized by other governments as a separate state. This region gets very little humanitarian aid and the children are in great need.
HAITI • APRIL 22 - 27, 2010
Cost: $1800
Our Sweet Sleep team is headed to Haiti to provide beds and bedding to orphans affected by January's catastrophe. We have hired a Haitian pastor to build beds for the orphans in Global Orphan's villages outside of Port-Au-Prince. The Global Orphan Project is building ten villages, which will each care for 100 children. Sweet Sleep has committed to provide the beds and bedding for these 1,000 children. This trip is part of an ongoing partnership between Sweet Sleep and The Global Orphan Project to help orphaned and abandoned children affected by January's earthquake.
GULU, UGANDA • 3-WEEK COLLEGIATE MISSION JOURNEY • MAY 16-JUNE 6, 2010

IVANCEA, MOLDOVA • MAY 30-JUNE 7, 2010

This Sweet Sleep team is headed to a Moldovan orphanage which is home to 150 children with heart and circulatory problems. We’re returning to finish building the 70 remaining beds for these children.
KAMPALA, UGANDA • JUNE 11-21, 2010
Cost: $3100-$3,500
Mark your calendars for our return to Uganda! Sweet Sleep is headed to an orphanage outside of the capital city of Kampala to deliver 134 beds, bedding, Bibles and mosquito nets to help these children sleep sweetly. Watch a video of our work in Uganda here.

Note: The per-person price includes: airfare, lodging, all in-country meals and transportation, travel insurance, etc. In addition, each team member is asked to raise $1,000 for beds which will be built on their trip – i.e. 4 people to sponsor 1 bed each ($250).
